At Giggly Garden Indoor Soft Play, our mission is to create a warm, safe, and joyful indoor soft‑play and café space that brings families together and strengthens the heart of our community. As a proud family‑owned business and the first of its kind in an area too often overlooked by the city, we are committed to providing a welcoming environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive—while caregivers relax, connect, and feel supported.
We exist to serve our neighborhood with integrity, kindness, and purpose. Through accessible play experiences, community‑focused programming, and partnerships with local organizations, we aim to uplift families, celebrate diversity, and contribute to the positive growth of the place we all call home. Our doors are open to everyone, and we strive to be a trusted, lasting space where laughter, belonging, and possibility live every day.
Meet the staff
Caitlynn and Angel
Caitlynn and Angel are both proud Pleasure Ridge Park (PRP) High School alumni and working parents who share a deep love for the South End community they call home. Together, they recognized the incredible potential, talent, and opportunities that exist within our community and wanted to create a place where children can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.
As a former PRP Red Hot, Caitlynn developed a passion for dance at an early age and has dedicated much of her life to the art. Growing up in the South End, she has always remained connected to her roots while working tirelessly to achieve her dream of becoming a business owner. With years of dance experience and a genuine love for teaching and inspiring others, she is committed to sharing that passion with the next generation.
Angel's journey began in Cuba, where he was raised with humble beginnings and big dreams. As he built a life in the United States, he gained a deep appreciation for the opportunities available to children and families here. Having embraced the South End as his second home, Angel is passionate about giving back to the community that welcomed him. His goal is to help create unforgettable childhood experiences and ensure that every child has the chance to learn, play, grow, and thrive.
Together, Caitlynn and Angel are committed to building a welcoming environment where children feel supported, families feel connected, and the community continues to flourish.
Heather the Manager
Meet Giggly Garden Manager, Heather!
Heather is vital to the Garden family, with 28 years of experience in the service industry, she will continue to provide a space in our building where creativity can take off while providing the community with reliable, professional, and personalized service.
Heather has the biggest heart, is one of the kindest individuals you will come to meet, and is great with kids. She is a mom to four beautiful girls and Memaw to two grandchildren. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her friends and family, enjoys music, the water, and cheering on the cards every chance she gets. Heather is excited to embrace her role at Giggly Garden and ensure that you have an amazing experience each time you come to play!
